Presentation
A miniature world of poetry, a declaration of love to Nature... A little gem of a show, which encourages our children to invent the future.
This is the story of a friendship between a tree and a child. Until the day the city nibbles away at this piece of nature, making way for pavilions and shopping centers. The tree disappears behind the gray walls; it then takes a poetic tinkerer to restore color to the concrete and make its inhabitants smile. This is what this little boy, now grown up, will do, with a great deal of imagination. Paper theater, object theater, and music blend together in this thrilling fable.
Puppeteer Max Legoubé brings to life an incredible miniature world that he constructs before our eyes, using ingenious mechanisms. Poetry as a remedy for the threatening concrete…?
