This 8th edition of the Marcel Proust Musical Days will take place at the Château d'Ermenonville, on October 9, 10 and 11, 2026, on the theme "Proust and Cinema" with Camille Saint-Saëns as guest of honor.

"The Magic Lantern"
A musical interlude based on the story of Geneviève of Brabant, which will be projected using a real magic lantern.

This moment will consist of a creation by Alexandre Jamar on an extract from In Search of Lost Time where Proust talks about the magic lantern, followed by a short humorous poem set to music by Satie and entitled "Geneviève de Brabant".
