Museum Overview
Couch grass theatre
A brilliant illusion game, combining magic, mathematics and theatre, that is built with the audience.
A show that raises questions as much as it amazes.
The play is divided into two parts: the first is a magical and mathematical experiment.
A character must move around a giant chessboard, like the knight in chess, travel through all its squares without passing through the same one twice and assign a number to each of them, the sum of the numbers of the squares of each row must in the end be the same.
To make the challenge more difficult, the public chooses this amount.
Of course, there is a "trick"; the secret will be revealed, the mnemonic devices disclosed.
And that's what the second part is about. What happens when you reveal the magic of a trick, dissect its inner workings? Does the wonder disappear or does it grow?
In a wonderful rapport with the audience, the show never ceases to surprise…
