Dried flowers have a long shelf life. Depending on light and humidity, you can keep them for several months to several years! As part of a sustainable approach, their production generates little waste, and they are compostable.
Flowers are sold in bunches of one variety.
You can find them at markets in Picardy, or on Saturday mornings at the farm shop from July to December.
