We are Paul and Benoit-Pierre (BP), two longtime friends who share a passion for the world of beer in all its forms. A search for new flavors, smells, and colors fascinated us. From this stemmed a desire to make our own beer. From this first brew, we discovered a whole world much richer than we imagined. Beer offers a wide range of tastes, flavors, and sensations of great richness. This is what inspired our desire to embark on this project.
For almost 3 years, we have been brewing our beer using the know-how of the “Craftbeer” movement, the art of making your own beer.
Brasserie DS wants to stand out from the big brands by working with local producers to share new flavors with you, beers with passion fruit or clove aromas.
We aim to renew our range throughout the year in order to offer seasonal beers, variations from blondes to IPAs, including dark beers with character that are ideal for a picnic with friends or an aperitif by the fireplace.
